  I've been seeing Dr. Zafar now for over a year and she's compassionate, knowledgeable and a really great doctor. This office is efficient and I have found that wait times are usually no problem. Staff are friendly, helpful and pleasant. They have recently updated the chairs in the waiting room and they are much more comfortable to sit on. The building itself is a bit older and the reception area could use a renovation but other than that I would recommend this office to others.

  I started to see Dr. Saad when I had my twins early. My husband, oldest son and myself made the switch to him as well. He was extremely helpful getting through a very hard time in our lives. His caring and compassion he continues to show us as our children struggle with the challenges that have been put in their way has been outstanding. He makes sure to cover all basis in every situation. The wonderful staff he has at the front go above and beyond with all that they do.

  I am very happy that I made the decision to switch to this doctors office. Although, it is extremely difficult to get ahold of the girls at the front desk to book an appointment it is worth it for the awesome doctors here

  I moved to Georgina two years ago and continued to commute to my family doctor in Markham until a year ago, when I got pregnant and decided to find a doctor closer to home. The doctor I chose was Dr. Charania from the Georgina Family Medical Centre. Not only was it almost impossible to get a hold of their office to book an appointment, but I also had two bad experiences while I was a patient. One of which was a result of their insensitive staff (an individual who answers their phones) when some blood work was nearly missed due to a lack of communication from my doctor and the practice, the individual was unnecessarily rude to me on the phone and made me cry. The latest and finally what made me go back to my old doctor in Markham is the complete lack of communication from their office. I had my daughter on June 22nd and called their office to book an appointment. I left two messages and called 5 times, it is now September and I still have not had my phone calls returned or gotten an appointment. This is just completely outrageous and horrible customer service, I will never go back there again and highly advise that anyone looking for a doctor avoids this practice at all costs. Thankfully, my old doctor in Markham was willing to take me back.

  My dad has had Dr Zafar for about 3 years and she has treated him badly. We are switching doctors because she lacks compassion and has not followed up on things she should have Stay away from Dr Zafar!
