  Very slow service (there was a car in front and behind me, but took forever to get my food!) and lady behind the cash didn't know what she was doing... staff should be trained better before opening the store. Ordered the 5pc tenders, onion rings, and biscuit with an extra biscuit, however never received the other biscuit.

  Very good service - employees were actually nice and helpful, the food was fast, and the restaurant was clean. Basically all you can ask for at a fast food restaurant.

  Staff do I great job of getting orders right. I’m very picky and ask for specifics when ordering food anywhere and that always gets me in trouble at fast food restaurants. So far they get each order right which is saying a lot for fast food.

  The staff are extremely friendly polite and professional. The food was amazing. l found the management to be very kind and helpful even when being treated very poorly by rude short tempered individuals. I've read a lot of the reviews and quite honestly if you have nothing nice to say.then say nothing.These people are getting paid minimum wage trying to earn an honest living.People need to be way more kind and considerate.the teenage staff aren't there to be your personal stress relief punching bags.Please remember that they are teenagers. You all never had first jobs?.l bet you didn't have to read the cruel comments others are posting.people are mighty brave and ignorant behind keyboard's. Try to be kind.It really goes a long way.these are people who support families and your words can ruin that.think before you type please.

  Excellent service. Fast and very friendly staff. Food is always great. Wait times are very quick considering how busy the are at the moment. Excellent Job!!!

  Compared to other Fried Chicken establishments this is to date the best choice in Keswick. Been to many others within Keswick and many have failed in the past. If this establishment keeps a steady pace on keeping their place clean and maintaining a fast service I don’t see why it won’t succeed unlike others. It currently has a fresh look inside and a decent place to sit for a fast food restaurant.
