  As the fall approached, I wanted some relief and so I decided for the first time ever to try the physiotherapy office right beside my doctor’s office. I was very glad that I did! From the outset, all of the staff were uniformly warm and welcoming, creating a nice atmosphere.

  They quickly diagnosed my ailments and began a comprehensive treatment of massage, ultrasound, laser and exercise/stretching activities. It felt good (even when it hurt a little bit) to have a professional working directly on the problem areas. By the fourth week the pain just went away. I had also learned some valuable exercises that would help prevent such a problem in the future. I have resumed my activities for over 3 years since this happened, and these injuries have not reoccurred. … Thank you.

  I learned the hard way that we need not suffer with joint and muscle pain, there are dedicated professionals out there to help. People like those at Keswick Physiotherapy. When I am healthy I do miss visiting … but ... well ... not THAT much!

  Back in the summer of 2013, I managed to generate a case of bursitis in right hip simply by pushing away from my desk, tennis elbow by canoeing and an inflammation of my rotator cuff injury. The summer was thus agonizing and it was difficult to obtain adequate rest to alleviate the pain. I took plenty of pain pills, but they did not help and probably did me more harm than good over the interval.

  Fantastic place! Great physiotherapists and assistants. Everyone is super friendly and also very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
