  Started my truck yesterday and it promptly started to leak gasoline .. called CAA tow service and had my Colorado sent to Gary's Service for diagnosis of the problem. Before the end of the day I received a call from Dan the service advisor with a detailed explanation of the problem and a complete cost estimate. They promptly went to work on my Colorado and had it repaired by this morning. Overall my experience was excellent, I received a detailed overview of the problem with a fair cost estimate. I received very knowledgeable & friendly service in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. Very happy with my experience at Gary's Service and would recommend them to anyone who wants friendly knowledgeable service for a fair price. Thank you to all the staff at Gary's .. much appreciated .. keep up the good work!

  It was my first time having work done at this garage. Personally, for me after reading some reviews even the negative ones I decided to try these guys out. I am mechanically inclined so I cannot be tricked. I would return to this garage. Definately. I found friendly people here who are quite honest, respectfull and know what they are doing. I knew what was wrong with my vehicle and that's exactly what they told me when they checked it out.

  Brought our car in for a safety inspection to Gary’s service and towing in Keswick and was told it “needed” $2000 worth of work to pass. So we paid the inspection fee and brought it to another mechanic the next day, where the car passed with no work needed.

  Not pleased at all. I went in for an oil change. I was quoted $80 maximum over the phone. They also told me they would check my car to see what needed service. So I went in to go get my oil changed. AFTER my car was already in and being serviced, they told me that I needed a "special type of VolksWagen oil" so I would have to pay closer to $120. I argued and said my car would be fine to use Castrol 5W40. I wouldn't need any "special" oil. My comment was completely disregarded, they told me oil alone was $90 after I knew it was only $65 for 6L 5W40. When I was being cashed out they charged me $136 AFTER I WAS TOLD $120. I told them that if I knew that the price would be that much, I would have never gone in, then they brought the price down to $120. I left with my car driving worse than it already did.

  Best place in town for service friendly knowledgeable staff never ever had a complaint with any work I've ever had done there and never had to go back to get anything reworked always done right the first time
